Determine what information you would need to collect for an event on your event calendar. This is dependent on the type of organization and the type of event. For example, my music calendar collects information for date, time, venue, street address, city, state, venue website, venue Facebook page, venue Instagram page, etc.

Build an HTML page with a form to collect this information. Use your existing logo and navigation from the previous exercise in this new page, and have it link to the same CSS stylesheet.

Incorporate some of the design example from Design Better Forms into your design.

Link this to your calendar page in its nav, and make the calendar page link to this page in its nav.
